MarSea

MarSea is a luxury hotel project located on the coast of Rio Grande do Norte, designed to create a refined retreat deeply connected to the natural landscape of northeastern Brazil.

Our studio developed the project from the initial concept through the definition of its architecture, spatial experience, materials, and atmosphere. The main objective was to balance exclusivity and comfort with a strong relationship to the sea, tropical vegetation, natural light, and the region’s warm climate.

The architecture follows a contemporary and understated language, using natural textures, soft tones, and carefully framed views to create calm, immersive spaces. The layout was designed to preserve privacy while encouraging a continuous connection between indoor and outdoor areas.
